Corrections are the most valuable email we get. If we have a spec wrong, a warranty term out of date, or a discontinued product still listed, we want to know.

Reporting an error

Include the page and, if you can, the source that contradicts us. We check corrections against the manufacturer’s own documentation and we fix them — visibly, if the error was material. That policy is written down on our how we test page.

What we cannot help with

We are not veterinarians or certified trainers, and we cannot give medical or behavioural advice about your dog. If something is wrong with your dog, please talk to your vet — and if you think they have eaten something they should not have, the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center is (888) 426-4435.

Brands and PR

We do not accept free samples, and inclusion in a roundup cannot be bought. If you are a manufacturer and we have a spec wrong, we genuinely do want to hear it — send us the documentation and we will correct the page.
